DANOCITY – Shipping Policy

All orders placed on the DANOCITY website are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day. During high-demand periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
DANOCITY offers a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times for each shipping method are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic)
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (international, depending on the destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, weather conditions, and carrier delays. DANOCITY is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Domestic shipping rates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100
  • Expedited Shipping: Varies based on location and weight
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the destination country

International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply when shipping internationally, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, DANOCITY does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We also do not ship to certain remote areas or countries that may have restricted shipping regulations. Please check our website or contact customer service if you have any concerns about shipping to your location.

Lost or Damaged Items
While we take every precaution to ensure your items are shipped safely, DANOCITY is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
