- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to be eligible).
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays. Please note that the actual delivery time may differ.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. At checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options and their associated costs.
- Domestic Shipping (within the United States): Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on your chosen method and delivery address.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees will also be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases of returns or exchanges.
3. Order Processing Time
After you place an order, we aim to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Please note the following:
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you select Expedited Shipping or Overnight Shipping, please ensure your order is placed before the cutoff time (typically 12:00 PM EST) for same-day processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your danocity.com account to view your order status and tracking information.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.

Shipping to Remote Locations: If you live in a remote location, there may be additional shipping fees or extended delivery times. We will inform you of any such circumstances before processing your order.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, danocity.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier issues or strikes
- Customs processing for international orders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we are aware of the issue. We advise customers to contact the carrier directly with tracking information for updates on delayed shipments.
7. Order Issues
If there are any issues with your order during shipping, including damaged items or incorrect products, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to certain countries. Please note the following:

9. Address Accuracy
To ensure prompt delivery, please double-check the accuracy of the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. Shipping to Military (APO/FPO) Addresses
We offer shipping to military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO). Due to special handling requirements, deliveries to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping.
Please be sure to use the correct address format when entering your APO/FPO/DPO address to ensure successful delivery.
11. Returns and Exchanges
