DANOCITY – Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure that all items are in their original, undamaged packaging when returned. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please reach out to our customer service team to arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or style. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
